How to connect a woofer in my car?

My car tranny has output 4x45w. I have four speakers at present (2 in the front and 2 in the back) and I scarceness to put a sub woofer. Is it possible to connect it without disconnecting my in circulation 4 speakers and can it be connected without amplifiers.
