Is it safe to use a 4 ohm woofer on an 8 ohm system?

350w, 4 ohm 10" woofer on a 100 watt, 8 ohm profoundly system.
And if the 4 ohm speaker has a dual voice whorl, can you wire it up in such a way to turn it into an 8 ohm speaker?

It will be shielded for the woofer, since the amp will have the capability of driving 200W into it, but the 350W woofer can trade it.

However, it may not be safe for the amplifier. The amp may not be able to outing 200W into the speaker
