How good would the PIONEER GM5400T amplifier be for a Sony 12" Xplod Woofer?

I'm using a sony xplod 124p5b 12" woofer with a RMS rating of 380 watts and 1300 watts as max. Would this amp be substantial for it ? I guess I can over by another 50 watts of RMS, any suggestions for any other amp. ? I advised of I should be changing

It's a fitting match. There are literally hundreds of amps that would drudgery well with that sub. Any 2 channel that bridges to around 400w is current to work fine - that pioneer is plainly one of them.
