Need a WiFi Picture Frame that I can give to someone, then access it over the internet & download photos to it?

I crave to give someone who has wifi in their house, but is otherwise has no technical ability whatsover a digital picture frame. From my PC, in another city, I want to be able to download photos to that frame as needed and publish it so the other person

These digital picture frames don't seem to be too tuppence with a quick google search i found this one for $145 http://www.meritline.com/ziga-8-wireless -dpf-with-wifi-battery-stack up to-key.html Im not sure how the loading of the images would trade

Drive's Innovations conflict is testing the advertising capacity of wireless digital picture frames. The investigation, for Drive clients such as Lionsgate, Dr Spray, Snapple, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and Kia Motors, is being conducted with Frame Media, a crowd that is working to ripen the emerging average by present consumers hundreds of channels of glad that can be streamed on the Wi Fi-enabled digital picture frames, dexter alongside the next of kin photo album. Both Frame Media and Vigour are betting that Wi-Fi digital picture frames may be the next emerging expedient.
