Is a DVI-VGA or a VGA cable better to connect a laptop to a LCD TV?
I desire to connect my laptop, which has a VGA output,
to my LCD TV, which has a VGA & a DVI/HDCP input.
So I have to ways to go about this:
1) get a VGA-VGA cable
2) get a VGA-DVI cable
My dispute
VGA-DVI is NOT common to work (that DVI output is analog and the TV expects digital DVI).
VGA-VGA will drudgery just fine.
