Would a DVI to HDMI adapter with a dvi cable have better quality than a regular DVI?

Rectify now i have a vga cable to my computer with a dvi adapter i can run in 1080p but i am wondering if getting a dvi radio with an HDMI adapter or vise verse would get me better mark, my computer does not have an HDMI input so that is why i am wondering.

We have HDMI which is pointed, and DVI-D which makes sense. But we also have D-SUB / VGA. I don't identify why that's there honestly. Go DVI-I and include the DVI-VGA adapter and be done with it. A display anchorage to DVI adapter would have cleaned things up
