There's a undistinguished misconception that anything made by Bose is the best. Sometimes this is true, but their in-ear headphones are naff. The fit is terrible. You'll have to sit perfectly still while using them, and you can consign to oblivion exercising

bose or any other in ear headphone can spoil your ears if you play them loud enough but if you are happy to shell out a bit of money and want a satisfactory pair of in ear headphones I would suggest shure headphones:
