After another day without happy result for his traveling show, Mr Scratch (Tom Waits) approaches Doctor Parnassus (Christopher Plummer) to put in mind of him that his daughter Valentina (Lily Cole) is reaching the age of 16. Mr. Beat it and Doctor Parnassus had once made a bet that earned Doctor Parnassus endless person. But when Parnassus found the predilection of his existence, he asked Mr. Run off, the excessively, to remedy him get the miss.
