how do i configure Blu Ray SATA Drive on my PC?

at best installed BLU Ray drive on my PC, this is the first time i have uses SATA plugs, how do i configure it on my PC?

Upright attach the sata cable to the drive and then plug it into any of the sata sockets on the motherboard. It will at most work. SATA does not need any notable config - like IDE did.
