Yes it can, but you in all probability have to mod chip your ps3 to use any games you burn.
Yes it can waste blue - ray movies but I'm not sure about games. The Lightscribe SuperMulti DVD burner can ignite dvd's and if you know how you can put lables and titles proper onto the covers of your dvd's using lightscribe.

Got it deeply, popped activate the pc, acclimated to the included sata cables to establish it. Closed it up, turned it on, Windows 7 recognized it correctly away. Then I installed the included Cyberlink software. I was watching a Blu-Ray within 30 minutes of break the box. I run a HDMI through my Sony STR-DH800 to my 56″ Panasonic 56lcz70, looks and sounds staggering. Turned on the obsolete-through part, loved it.
