what comes with the "2012" 3 disc special edition on blu-ray?

i differentiate it comes with the movie on blu-ray and a digital replication, but what is the 3rd disc?

Shiki Anime Coming To Blu-ray, DVD in 2012 - Mania.com

When FUNimation ran its polling/study recently, one of the shows on the rota they inquired about was one that I pulled heavily for named Shiki, which ran tardy last year. It appears that the subtitle will be coming, though the position with which it was from day one listed is currently unavailable (at least as of this expos for me). The monogram shred of content that was there and talked about indicated that the series will be coming to Blu-ray and DVD in the jump of 2012, adding a sparse vampire goodness to the slate for next year.
